• You can change this date of your operating room reservation on 2 occasions with a minimum notice of 30 days in advance at no cost, we will schedule another new date, only the amount of renewal of analyzes will be deducted if you have used it, if NOT NOTIFY US at least 30 days, giving us the possibility of occupying that operating room for another patient who needs it, you will lose the money from your reservation, as well as the expenses incurred or consumption made, prescriptions, analyzes etc. If you do not come to undergo the analysis essential for your treatment, we will not be able to intervene. You will be able to resume your treatment and schedule a new date by again depositing the minimum amount set for an operating room reservation, paying off your debt.

• If you do not appear on the scheduled date on the day of your intervention, HOSPITAL CAPILAR, reserves the right not to refund the full amount of your lost intervention and/or the expenses generated. Expenses related to the surgical preparation scheduled for you (analytics, hotels, travel, administrative management, summoned personnel) in accordance with our “no show” policies, which allows us to maintain our quality standard with all our patients.
• If you finally decide NOT to undergo the treatment/intervention for reasons beyond our control, notifying us in due time, we will proceed to definitively cancel the scheduled day, discounting only those services/products consumed and management expenses incurred in each particular case. If Hospital Capilar who declines to carry out the intervention for reasons beyond your control, your money will be replaced in its entirety.

THE SESSION/SERVICE/CONSULTATION must be paid in advance or on the same day of the appointment, before or immediately after the TREATMENT/SERVICE/DOCUMENTARY MANAGEMENT received.
In the case of an appointment BOOKED/BUSY IN THE AGENDA, TO WHICH I DONT KNOW ATTEND and not given enough notice 24 HOURS.

– If you do not comply with the payment within the agreed deadlines.
